Screen your patient and take a complete set of records.

Submit case to a consultant to provide an in-depth analysis and treatment plan.

EVALUATE

Evaluate the treatment plan and setup, order, and follow instructions.

1. Screen Your Patients

Complete an orthodontic screening of your patient and take records.

Discuss with your patient their motivations for seeking treatment.
Document the starting conditions completing the online form found on SmileStream.
Discuss possible options of treatment.
Arrange to take records that can be evaluated by your consultant and serve to document the starting conditions.

2. Submit Your Case

We have a wide range of consultants from all around the world. Find a consultant on our Meet Consultants page. They all have great qualities that we're sure will fit your needs. You can find your perfect match by using the convenient filters. Once you find the right consultant submit your case.

3. Get Your Case Evaluated

Your consultant will now diagnose your case and send you a treatment plan to follow. Your consultant will:

Evaluate the skeletal pattern
Consider all possible treatment options
Create a dental VTO prediction
Make a treatment decision
Select an appliance and design
Write a treatment plan
