Dr. Suzie Bergman graduated from West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 1994 and has a passionate commitment to creating beautiful, healthy smiles. She has practiced general dentistry on both the East and West Coasts, with an emphasis on pediatric dentistry, TMD treatment and orthodontics for children and adults.

She has pursued continuing education throughout her career, with a desire to keep up with the latest advances in dentistry, in order to offer her patients state-of-the-art, comprehensive care.  This training includes programs in esthetic dentistry, practice management, pain management protocols, TMD treatments (including Botox administration), laser and non-surgical periodontal treatment, 3D cone beam technology and orthodontics. She began teaching for Progressive Orthodontic Seminars and the McGann Postgraduate School of Dentistry in 2014 and is now a tenured instructor. 

In 2018, she was a keynote speaker for the first Canadian Dental School Conference in Toronto, Canada. Dr. Bergman is a clinical expert for the TMD/TMJ Coordinated Research Network’s Clinical and Informatics Working Groups. Under the auspices of MDEpiNet, they are working to develop a  nationwide registry for TMJ patients. She is also involved in TMJ research with Oregon Health Sciences University, and is an advocate for the integration of oral health and primary care.
